RETAINERS

Our retainer plans are ideal for companies and organizations needing consistent, high-quality visual content — from weekly social reels to event coverage — without negotiating every project. Finding the time to create your social media and marketing content is extremely time consuming, let us take that responsibility off of your plate.

Important notes:

All retainers are agreed to on either a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month basis. Travel fees are all separate from the retainer and will be billed at the end of each month. If requirements go beyond the agreed upon scope, additional services or time will be billed at the regular hourly rate. Event coverage is subject to Demeter Media’s availability/schedule. If Demeter Media is unavailable to cover 5 consecutive days within a 5 day period in a given month, 25% of that month’s retainer will be taken off. If covering events outside of the given radius of each package, an automatic and additional $350 travel fee will apply per day that takes place outside of the radius, separate to mileage costs (70 cents per mile) and lodging/transport.

Videography (Events only, no editing, No Pro Audio+Lighting)

Starter

2 Events per month (up to 4 hours total all month) and one camera. Audio captured with a lavalier mic or with the camera plugged into a mult box. Gimbal set-up also available if desired for b-roll shots instead.. This package is only available to contracts/events within 20 miles of Chicago, IL boundaries.

The sky’s the limit, if you’ve got an idea, consider it done. From hard-hitting ad-edits, to professionally lit high-quality testimonials, to professional headshots and your average event coverage, this package has it all. Only in scenarios where a full-on production crew is needed for the high quality video shoots, additional costs may be added. *Note* for events photography and standard video must take place at the same event or 1-2 events will be taken off of one service if needing a separate event.

  5. Ad level/ high-quality video edits - 1 ad-level video edit per month up to 30-seconds. Usually used for ads. hype videos, convention videos, advanced recaps or anything that requires higher quality graphics, transitions, etc.
